we send your camcorder via tracked AusPost (Australia) or NZ Post (New Zealand) so it arrives at your door before your wedding. a prepaid return satchel is included in the box -- just drop it in any post box after your rental ends.

for Australian orders we ship the week of your wedding. for New Zealand orders we send earlier to allow extra time for the courier -- we'll confirm your dispatch date when you book.

it hasn't happened yet, but if there's ever a courier issue we'll be in touch immediately to sort it. that's why we build in buffer time, especially for NZ.

we currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. if you're outside those countries, get in touch and we can offer custom international packages.

no. the whole point is that you don't. hand it to your best mate, your sibling, your dad -- anyone with reasonably steady hands. press the red button when something's happening, stop when it isn't. the one-page guide in the box covers everything in under two minutes.

one person who isn't in the wedding party works best -- someone who can move around freely. that said, lots of couples pass it around between guests and the results are brilliant. there's no wrong way.

a damage waiver is included as standard with every rental at no extra charge. accidents happen -- it's covered if its regular wear and tear, small drops. if the camcorder finds itself at the bottom of the pool, we'll need to charge for a replacement. but this hasn't happened yet.

yes -- the raw footage from the SD cards is returned to you as soon as we receive the camcorder back. it's yours forever.

edited films are delivered within 2-3 weeks of us receiving the camcorder back.

warm, natural, and true to the day. we edit to the feel of the footage -- not a polished highlight reel set to generic music. you can see real examples on other pages of our website.

the Edit ($399) is our most popular -- it covers a 3-day rental with editing included and suits most weddings. if you want two camcorders and more coverage, go with the Archive ($599). not sure? send us a DM or email and we'll help you figure it out.
