Is it hard to use? My uncle is filming.

our camcorders are simple to use; we include clear instructions and support if needed.

What happens if it gets damaged at the reception?

each rental comes with a damage waiver to protect from most accidents. if you have an accident, please have your camcorder king or queen DM immediately to work with you on resolution.

How do I get the footage off the SD cards after?

once you ship the kit back, we'll immediately upload your footage and share it with you while we work on you edited film.

My wedding is in remote WA — can you still ship?

yes - if you are located in a remote area, we will allocate additional shipping time. feel free to DM us with any questions!
