Refunds & Cancellations

You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up until 14 days before your rental date. If you cancel before this window, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you need to cancel within 14 days of your rental date, we're unable to offer a refund, but we'll issue store credit to use on a future booking.

Damages

Every kit ships with a damage waiver included, which covers accidental damage that occurs during normal use of the camcorder. The waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, loss, or theft. If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us at hello@voweditco.com within 24 hours of receiving it so we can sort it out quickly.

Returns & Late Fees

Once your rental period ends, the kit needs to be back in the post within two business days. We know life gets busy around weddings, so we try to be flexible where we can - but the camera needs to get back to us so the next couple can have their turn.

If the kit is returned more than one week late, a $50 AUD fee applies. After that, it's $10 AUD per day until we receive it.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and reviewed, we'll be in touch to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind your bank may take a few extra days to post it on their end.
